Lakewood Republican
Women is one of the largest Republican women's groups in
Washington State. Our mission is to educate women in the
political process, motivate them to get involved in that process
to elect Republicans and to reach out to the community where
there is a need. Our monthly luncheon meetings at the lovely
Oakbrook Country Club have programs planned with renowned
speakers, panel discussions and forums that are educational and
entertaining. Membership is open to all women who believe in
Republican philosophy and live in Pierce County. All members
are encouraged to use their special talents and energies
to complete our objectives.
I invite you to
contact us with any questions and please join us at our next
event. I am sure you will find us warm, welcoming and worth
your investment of time.

very own Senator Mike Carrell and visit with the legislators
from our Evergreen State. Many other Republican Women Clubs will
be attending, so this promises to be a fun-filled day.
March: Program to be
announced later.
CHOCOLATE…CHOCOLATE
…AND MORE CHOCOLATE!! March 27th is the Old Bag Trip to Boehms
Chocolate Factory in Issaquah. On the way home “bags” will be
auctioned as a FUNd-raiser. Our president, Diana Olson, has
reserved a wonderful bus, so we can sit back and have FUN.
Reserve your seat now for $20.00. The Old Bag Trip to the winery
last May was lots of fun, and I’m sure the Chocolate Factory
trip will be even better.
April: Bridge
